A typical cavapoo is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, bred with a mini or even a toy poodle. It ranges in size from 5 to 18 pounds. A Cuddle Cavapoo is a Cavalier bred with a small standard or moyen (midsized) poodle. The range of size for Cuddle Cavapoos can be anywhere from 18 to 40 lbs. This size range tends to be better for families, as they can easily keep up with us, wherever our busy lives take us. Cuddle Cavapoos tend to love the outdoors (that’s the adventurous poodle in them!) but are just as happy curled up on the couch watching Netflix (that’s from their dreamy Cavalier temperament).
Like their smaller Cavapoo friends, Cuddle Cavapoos can have curly, wavy, or even straight coats with moderate-to-no shed hair (depending on the generation and genetics). All poodle mixes require daily brushing and combing, and frequent grooming to avoid painful mats.
